Vertu Mazda Hamilton staff were good because they were and are very friendly, patient and helpful with great knowledge of the product range and how it all works, the staff at Vertu Hamilton are a credit to the organisation. In particular 2 members of staff stand out, used sales Manager Frank Fleming and salesman Scott Williams.
These guys were particularly helpful and patient with me. I have never had a Mazda before and their knowledge of the car and product range overall was excellent. I was offered a fantastic deal from Frank and Scott and was given an excellent trade in price for my old car. Small touches go a long way and particular being offered and served coffee, an excellent test drive with Scott, and impressive tour of the car from Scott when delivered AND a courtesy call to see if I had any problems or issues
I will definitely buy another car from Frank and Scott at Vertu Hamilton.
